Privacy Policy

Privacy-first media processing. SwiftTrim is designed to compress, enhance, edit, and export videos locally on your Android device. Videos and audio selected for media processing are not uploaded to MokaIO servers for compression, enhancement, or editing.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to SwiftTrim (Android package com.mokaio.swifttrim ), provided by MokaIO . For privacy questions or requests, contact support@mokaio.store .

2. Information SwiftTrim processes

Media you choose

SwiftTrim may access videos and audio files that you explicitly select in order to provide compression, enhancement, editing, preview, audio mixing, and export features. This media is processed locally on your device. Temporary working files may be created in app storage or cache and are managed locally by the app and Android.

Account and authentication data

If you create or use a SwiftTrim account, we process information needed to authenticate and manage the account, which may include your email address, a unique user identifier, authentication provider information, and secure session tokens. SwiftTrim supports email/password authentication and Google sign-in through Supabase authentication services.

Purchase and entitlement data

If you use paid features, Google Play and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information. SwiftTrim may receive purchase status, product/entitlement identifiers, transaction-related identifiers, and information required to determine whether Pro access is active. MokaIO does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device/app version, screenshots, diagnostic details, and the content of your support request.

Local history and preferences

Compression history, editor project state, preferences, and similar operational information may be stored locally on your device. SwiftTrim provides controls to clear local history. Local videos remain under your control in device storage.

3. How we use information

• To create, authenticate, secure, and manage SwiftTrim accounts.
• To provide and restore paid entitlements.
• To operate video compression, enhancement, editing, audio, preview, and export features.
• To respond to support, security, and account-deletion requests.
• To prevent abuse, protect service integrity, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-party service providers

SwiftTrim uses a limited number of service providers where needed:

• Supabase — account authentication and backend account-management functions.
• Google Identity / Google Play — Google sign-in, app distribution, and billing.
• RevenueCat — purchase entitlement and subscription/lifetime purchase status management.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. SwiftTrim does not use your selected videos or audio as cloud-processing input for these services.

5. No advertising

SwiftTrim is designed without third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, and your selected media is not used for advertising or marketing profiling.

6. Data security

Data transmitted between SwiftTrim and configured authentication, billing, or backend services is sent using encrypted network connections where supported by those services. Authentication credentials and session information are handled using platform and application security mechanisms. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Retention

• Media: selected videos, audio, outputs, and local history remain on your device unless you delete them. Temporary files may be removed by SwiftTrim, Android, or you.
• Account data: retained while your SwiftTrim account exists and deleted when account deletion is completed, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal compliance.
• Purchase data: Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase or transaction information under their own retention obligations and policies.
• Support messages: retained as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain support records, and protect against abuse.

8. Account and data deletion

SwiftTrim provides an in-app account deletion flow. In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account , type DELETE to confirm, and choose whether to clear local history.

When the backend deletion completes, SwiftTrim removes the authentication account and MokaIO-controlled account-linked backend records such as subscription cache and RevenueCat event records associated with the account. The local secure session is cleared. Local videos are not deleted because they are stored on your device. You may optionally clear local history during the in-app deletion process.

You can also request deletion without the app by emailing support@mokaio.store (support@mokaio.store?subject=SwiftTrim%20Account%20Deletion) with the subject SwiftTrim Account Deletion and the email address used for the account.

Deleting your SwiftTrim account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel an active subscription through Google Play.

9. Your choices and rights

You can choose which media to open in SwiftTrim, clear local history, sign out, delete your account, manage notification permissions in Android, and manage purchases/subscriptions through Google Play. Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

10. Children

SwiftTrim is not designed specifically for children under 13. If applicable law in your region requires a higher minimum age for independent consent, that higher age applies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when SwiftTrim changes or when legal requirements change. The current version will display its latest update date.
