Application: Clonivo — Private Multi-Account Web Spaces Android package: com.mokaio.clonivo Developer: MokaIO Support Email: support@mokaio.store Website: https://mokaio.store

1. What Clonivo Does

Clonivo creates separate Web Spaces for websites using supported Android WebView profile capabilities. It does not clone native APKs and does not require Root, Shizuku, Xposed, or device spoofing.

2. What to Include in a Support Request

For faster troubleshooting, include:

  • Clonivo version.
  • Android version.
  • Device manufacturer/model.
  • WebView provider name/version if shown.
  • A short description of what you expected.
  • What actually happened.
  • Steps to reproduce.
  • A screenshot that does not contain sensitive information.
  • The customer-facing error message.

Do not send:

  • Passwords.
  • Google passwords.
  • Website passwords.
  • OTP codes.
  • Cookies.
  • Access/refresh tokens.
  • Private keys.
  • Recovery phrases.
  • Full payment-card details.
  • Full raw website session data.

3. Compatibility or WebView Problems

If Clonivo says the device/provider is not compatible:

  1. Update Android System WebView from Google Play if your device uses it.
  2. Update Chrome if Chrome provides WebView.
  3. Update Clonivo.
  4. Restart the device.

5. Run Clonivo's compatibility check again.

If required isolated-profile capabilities are genuinely unsupported, the device/provider may not safely support Clonivo Web Spaces. Clonivo should not fake isolation.

4. WebView Provider Shows Unavailable

If Android has a working provider but Clonivo shows Unavailable:

  1. Confirm Android System WebView or Chrome is enabled.
  2. Update it.
  3. Restart Android.

4. Reopen Clonivo and retry.

If it persists, send device model, Android version, provider version, Clonivo version, and a screenshot.

5. Cannot Create a Web Space

Check:

  • Internet connection.
  • Compatibility status.
  • Valid website URL.
  • Available device storage.
  • Any specific blocker shown by Clonivo.

Some websites may not work in embedded WebView. If profile isolation cannot be established safely, Clonivo may block Space creation.

6. Website Does Not Load

Try:

  1. Confirm internet access.
  2. Reload.
  3. Test another website.
  4. Update WebView/Chrome.
  5. Check whether the site works in a normal browser.

6. Use an external-browser option if Clonivo provides one and the site blocks WebViews.

7. Website Login Does Not Work

A third-party website may use an authentication flow incompatible with embedded WebView.

Try:

  • Updating WebView/Chrome.
  • Reloading.
  • Clearing only that Space's site data if you are prepared to sign in again.
  • Using an external authentication route where Clonivo safely supports it.

MokaIO cannot reset passwords belonging to third-party websites.

8. Google Sign-In to Clonivo

If Google Sign-In fails:

  1. Check internet access.
  2. Update Google Play services.
  3. Confirm a Google account is present on the device.
  4. Restart Clonivo.

5. Retry and choose the intended account.

If the chooser is cancelled, Clonivo should return safely without creating a session.

Never send your Google password to support.

9. Email/Password Sign-In

Check:

  • Email address.
  • Password.
  • Whether email confirmation is required.
  • Network availability.

If you reset your password, use the new one. Do not repeatedly submit credentials during a service outage.

10. Confirmation Email

Check spam/junk and confirm the entered email is correct. Use the resend option if available. Avoid repeated rapid resend attempts.

11. Forgot Password / Reset

Use Forgot password inside Clonivo. Use the most recent recovery email and do not share its link.

If the recovery link is expired, request a new one. After resetting, sign in with the new password.

12. Overlapping Sign-In Windows

Clonivo should show one intentional authentication flow at a time.

If you see duplicated or overlapping login surfaces:

  1. Close Clonivo.
  2. Reopen it.
  3. Retry once.
  4. Capture a screenshot if it returns.

5. Contact support with reproduction steps and version.

Do not enter credentials into multiple overlapping windows.

13. Spaces Are Not Staying Separate

Treat unexpected session sharing as a high-priority privacy issue.

Stop using the affected Spaces for sensitive accounts if:

  • A login from Space A unexpectedly appears in Space B.
  • Cookies/session state appear shared.
  • Clearing one Space affects another.

Contact support with app version, Android version, WebView provider/version, and reproduction steps. Never send actual cookies, passwords, or tokens.

14. Resetting a Space

Resetting may delete local browser/session data for that Space. Expect to sign in to the website again.

A reset should not affect an unrelated Space.

15. Deleting a Space

Deleting a Space may permanently remove its Clonivo-owned local browser-profile data.

Deleting a Space does not delete your account at the third-party website.

16. File Upload Problems

If a site requests a file:

  1. Grant only the permission needed for the picker.
  2. Select the intended file.
  3. Confirm the site accepts the file type.

4. Retry if the picker was cancelled.

The selected file is provided to the website, not automatically to MokaIO.

17. Download Problems

Check:

  • Network.
  • Available storage.
  • Whether the site still provides the file.
  • Android support for opening the file type.

Retry the download. Do not assume a downloaded file is safe simply because Clonivo downloaded it.

18. Camera / Microphone / Location

A website may need both Android permission and site permission.

Check Android Settings → Apps → Clonivo → Permissions.

Grant sensitive capabilities only to websites you trust.

19. Notifications

If a Clonivo feature should generate a notification:

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Apps → Clonivo → Notifications.
  3. Ensure notifications are allowed.
  4. Check relevant channels/categories.

5. Trigger the feature again.

Android 13+ may require explicit notification permission.

If the current app version has no legitimate notification-producing feature, an unused notification setting should not be treated as active functionality.

20. Light / Dark Mode

Try switching Light → Dark → System and restart the app.

If text becomes unreadable, buttons disappear, or surfaces overlap, send:

  • Screenshot.
  • Selected theme.
  • Android version.
  • Clonivo version.

21. Arabic / RTL

Report reversed controls, clipped text, wrong alignment, or overlapping layout.

URLs, email addresses, and some technical identifiers may intentionally stay left-to-right.

22. French Text Clipping

If French text is cut off, include the affected screen, exact visible text, app version, and Android font/display scale.

23. Text or Buttons Too Large

Check Android font size and display size. Clonivo should remain usable at common accessibility scales.

If default settings still produce oversized/broken UI, send a screenshot and device details.

24. Purchase or Subscription Missing

Clonivo uses Google Play and RevenueCat.

Check:

  • App installed from the correct Google Play testing/production track.
  • Correct Google Play account.
  • Internet availability.
  • Correct Clonivo account.
  • Google Play services availability.

Then use Restore Purchases if available.

Do not repurchase solely because access is temporarily missing before trying restore.

25. Restore Purchases

Restore may fail if:

  • Wrong Google Play account is active.
  • Wrong Clonivo account is signed in.
  • Store/network is unavailable.
  • Product is unavailable.
  • Purchase is associated with another Clonivo identity under the configured restore policy.

If unresolved, contact support with:

  • Clonivo account email.
  • Product type.
  • Approximate purchase date.

Do not send purchase tokens or card details.

26. Cancel Subscription

Deleting Clonivo or deleting your Clonivo account does not cancel Google Play renewal.

Manage/cancel the subscription in Google Play using the Google account used for purchase.

27. Lifetime Purchase

If Lifetime access is missing after reinstall:

  1. Sign in to the original Clonivo account.
  2. Use the correct Google Play account.
  3. Use Restore Purchases.

4. Contact support if still unavailable.

Do not assume Lifetime automatically transfers to a different newly created Clonivo account.

28. Backup and Restore

Clonivo backup/restore is for supported Clonivo metadata, not website login sessions.

You may need to sign in to third-party websites again after restore.

A backup should not contain website cookies, passwords, tokens, WebStorage, IndexedDB, browsing history, or page contents.

29. Account Deletion

Public deletion information: https://mokaio.store/delete-account/clonivo

Account deletion is separate from:

  • Google Play subscription cancellation.
  • Local Web Space deletion.
  • Third-party website account deletion.
