1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Clonivo and related MokaIO services. By downloading, installing, creating an account in, or using Clonivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Clonivo. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

2. What Clonivo Is

Clonivo is an Android utility that creates separate Web Spaces for websites using supported WebView profile capabilities.

Clonivo is not:

• Native Android APK cloning.
• Android virtualization.
• Root/Shizuku/Xposed cloning.
• Device-identity spoofing.
• A tool for bypassing third-party security or account restrictions.
• A guarantee of anonymity.

3. Third-Party Websites

Websites opened through Clonivo remain third-party services. Their own terms, privacy policies, account restrictions, security rules, and content policies apply.

Clonivo does not give you permission to violate a website's terms, access accounts without authorization, bypass restrictions, impersonate others, or evade lawful security controls.

4. Compatibility

Clonivo depends on Android, the installed WebView provider, AndroidX WebKit capabilities, device behavior, and third-party websites.

MokaIO does not guarantee compatibility with every:

• Device.
• Android version.
• WebView provider/version.
• Website.
• Login flow.
• Authentication provider.

A website may block embedded WebView access or change behavior without notice. Clonivo may refuse to create/open an isolated Space when required runtime capabilities cannot be safely provided.

5. Your Account

Some functionality requires a Clonivo account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Protecting your email/Google account and device.
• Keeping authentication credentials private.
• Reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Do not share credentials in a way that compromises the service or other users.

6. Authentication

Clonivo may support email/password and Google Sign-In. Google Sign-In authenticates your Clonivo account and does not give MokaIO your Google password.

Authentication may temporarily fail because of network issues, provider outages, account restrictions, service changes, or security controls.

7. Local Web Space Data

Website-session data is primarily local to the device. This can include cookies, browser storage, IndexedDB, cached state, website login sessions, and site permissions.

You acknowledge that:

• Deleting/resetting a Space can permanently remove local session data.
• Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local information.
• Metadata backup does not necessarily restore a website login session.
• MokaIO cannot recover local browser/session data that was never uploaded to MokaIO.

8. Files

Clonivo may allow uploads to and downloads from third-party websites. You are responsible for the files you choose to upload, download, open, or share.

Do not knowingly use Clonivo to distribute malware, stolen data, illegal material, or content that infringes third-party rights.

A downloaded file is not guaranteed safe merely because it passed through Clonivo.

9. Device Permissions

Websites may request capabilities such as camera, microphone, location, or file access. Grant permissions only to websites you trust.

MokaIO is not responsible for how a third-party website uses information you intentionally provide to it.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Clonivo to:

• Violate applicable law.
• Access accounts without authorization.
• Commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, harassment, or abuse.
• Distribute malware.
• Interfere with MokaIO or third-party infrastructure.
• Bypass technical/security restrictions in violation of applicable rules.
• Abuse purchases, refunds, restore, or entitlement systems.
• Create unreasonable automated load or misuse.

MokaIO may restrict access to MokaIO-controlled services where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material violations of these Terms.

11. Free and Paid Features

Clonivo may offer free and paid features. Paid access may include:

• Monthly subscription.
• Yearly subscription.
• Lifetime non-consumable purchase.

Exact feature availability may change over time and may vary by region, Google Play configuration, account, or app version.

12. Prices

The authoritative price is the price displayed by Google Play at checkout. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, store configuration, promotions, and offers.

Old website screenshots or marketing examples do not override the price shown by Google Play.

13. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions are processed through Google Play and managed with Google Play/RevenueCat infrastructure.

Unless the store states otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the billing period and store terms associated with the product.

Uninstalling Clonivo does not cancel a subscription.

Deleting a Clonivo account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

14. Cancelling a Subscription

To stop future renewal, cancel through Google Play using the Google account associated with the purchase.

Cancellation generally affects future renewal; access may continue until the end of the already-paid period according to Google Play's authoritative purchase state.

15. Lifetime Purchase

Where offered, Lifetime is a one-time non-recurring Clonivo entitlement.

"Lifetime" does not guarantee that:

• Clonivo or every dependency will exist forever.
• Every third-party website will remain compatible forever.
• Every future feature will necessarily be included.
• Google Play, Android, or WebView behavior will never change.

Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Purchase Identity and Restore

Paid access may be associated with both your Google Play purchase and your authenticated Clonivo account identifier.

Restore behavior depends on:

• The Google Play account used for purchase.
• The Clonivo account associated with the entitlement.
• Store/provider availability.
• RevenueCat purchase/restore policy.

Clonivo is designed to avoid leaking one user's paid entitlement to an unrelated Clonivo account.

If you plan to permanently delete an account that has an active subscription or Lifetime purchase, contact support first if you need clarification about future restore behavior.

17. Refunds

Purchases are processed through Google Play. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by applicable law and the policies of the responsible store/payment platform.

MokaIO does not promise refunds beyond applicable legal or store requirements.

18. Account Deletion and Paid Access

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.

Deleting the Clonivo identity associated with a purchase can affect future restoration to a newly created account. Manage active subscriptions through Google Play and contact support before deletion if paid-access continuity matters to you.

19. Metadata Backup and Restore

Clonivo may provide backup/restore of supported Clonivo-owned metadata. It is not a complete website-session backup.

MokaIO does not promise to back up:

• Cookies.
• Website passwords.
• Website authentication tokens.
• LocalStorage/WebStorage.
• IndexedDB contents.
• Browsing history.
• Website content.

After restoring metadata, you may need to sign in to websites again.

20. Availability and Changes

MokaIO may update Clonivo to add features, remove obsolete/unsafe behavior, address Android/WebView changes, improve compatibility, fix security/reliability issues, or comply with legal/store requirements.

MokaIO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features depending on Supabase, Google, Google Play, RevenueCat, WebView, network access, or third-party websites may be unavailable when those services fail or change.

21. Security

Clonivo is designed to preserve supported profile separation, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Do not treat Clonivo as the sole control for highly regulated or enterprise isolation requirements unless you have independently determined it is appropriate.

Keep Android and your WebView provider updated when possible.

22. No Bypass Guarantee

Clonivo does not promise to bypass:

• Website anti-bot systems.
• Captchas.
• Login restrictions.
• Device restrictions.
• Geographic restrictions.
• Account limits.
• WebView blocking.
• Provider security policies.

If a website rejects embedded access, it may be unsupported or require an external browser.

23. Intellectual Property

Clonivo's original code, branding, design, logo, and MokaIO-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party websites, trademarks, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying a website in Clonivo does not imply endorsement or partnership.

24. Feedback

If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, MokaIO may use them to improve Clonivo while handling any included personal information under the Privacy Policy.

25. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clonivo is provided on an "as available" basis.

MokaIO does not guarantee:

• Compatibility with every device/site/provider.
• Continuous third-party service availability.
• Absolute security or anonymity.
• Recovery of local data after deletion.
• Safety or trustworthiness of a third-party website or downloaded file.

Nothing here excludes protections that cannot legally be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MokaIO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party website behavior, account suspension, website incompatibility, local-data loss after user-requested deletion, third-party outages, provider changes, or unsafe third-party files.

This does not limit liability where prohibited by law.

27. Suspension or Termination

MokaIO may restrict access to MokaIO-controlled online services where reasonably necessary to protect security, stop fraud/abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using Clonivo at any time and may request deletion of your account.

28. Changes to These Terms

MokaIO may update these Terms when Clonivo, providers, store requirements, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
