Delete Account

Public instructions for permanently deleting a NeonMind account and associated data.

Permanent action. Deleting a NeonMind cloud account is intended to permanently remove the account and associated NeonMind cloud data controlled by MokaIO. This cannot be undone. It does not delete your separate Google Account.

Delete from inside NeonMind

1. Open NeonMind .
2. Open Settings .
3. Scroll to the ACCOUNT section.
4. Tap Delete Account .
5. Review the warning and confirm Delete .

If server-side deletion succeeds, NeonMind signs the account out and clears NeonMind local app storage associated with the deletion flow.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request by email. Send the request from the email address associated with the NeonMind account when possible.

Email: support@mokaio.store Suggested subject: NeonMind - Delete my account Include: the account email address and clearly state that you want the NeonMind account and associated data deleted.

For security, MokaIO may ask you to verify control of the account/email before processing a web/email deletion request. Do not send your password, Google password, authentication codes, recovery codes, or payment-card information.

What NeonMind account deletion covers

A completed deletion request covers NeonMind account data controlled by MokaIO, including as applicable:

• the Supabase authentication user for NeonMind;
• the NeonMind profile record and account email stored with that profile;
• cloud-synced game progress and level state;
• cloud-synced settings and achievements;
• daily progress/streak data included in cloud progress;
• sync events/timestamps associated with the account; and
• MokaIO-side Premium entitlement records tied to the deleted account.

For a full deletion request, MokaIO will also handle associated app-user purchase-profile data under its control with service providers where applicable, subject to records that must or may be retained by an independent payment/store provider or by law.

What account deletion does not delete

• Your Google Account. NeonMind cannot delete your separate Google Account.
• Google Play transaction records. Purchase/order records controlled independently by Google are subject to Google's retention and account policies.
• Data legally required to be retained. Limited records may be kept when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or dispute resolution, and only for as long as necessary for that purpose.

Premium purchase note

Deleting the NeonMind account does not automatically create a refund for a one-time Premium purchase. Store-level purchase and refund records remain subject to Google Play. If you later create a different NeonMind account, restoration of a previous purchase is subject to the store and entitlement provider's restore/account-association rules and is not guaranteed by the deletion process.

Local-only Guest Mode data

If you never created a NeonMind cloud account, there may be no server account to delete. Guest progress is stored locally on the device. You can remove local app data using Android's app-storage controls or by uninstalling NeonMind, subject to your device's backup/restore behavior.

Processing time for email requests

In-app deletion is designed to run immediately when the deletion backend is available and the request succeeds. For deletion requests sent to support, MokaIO aims to complete verified requests within 7 days , unless a longer period is reasonably necessary or permitted by applicable law.
