Terms governing the use of NeonMind, its optional cloud services, and one-time Premium unlock.

Plain-language summary. NeonMind is an offline-first logic puzzle game with optional cloud-account features and an optional one-time Premium unlock. Use the game lawfully, keep your account secure, and understand that online services may occasionally be unavailable.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeonMind , an Android game provided by MokaIO . By installing, accessing, or using NeonMind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Mandatory rights granted to you by applicable consumer law are not waived by these Terms.

2. NeonMind service

NeonMind is a logic and node-connection puzzle game designed to work primarily offline. Features may include multiple puzzle worlds, achievements, daily puzzles, local progress, themes, accessibility options, optional cloud accounts and synchronization, and an optional Premium unlock.

3. Guest Mode and cloud accounts

You may use core gameplay in Guest Mode without creating a NeonMind cloud account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must not access another person's account without authorization.

Cloud synchronization is a convenience feature, not a guarantee against every form of data loss. Keep device backups where appropriate and do not rely on cloud sync as the sole copy of information you consider important.

4. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, your use of Google's services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. Deleting your NeonMind account does not delete your separate Google Account.

5. Premium — one-time purchase

NeonMind may offer a one-time Premium unlock . It is not a recurring NeonMind subscription. The price and currency shown to you by Google Play at purchase time control.

• Purchases are processed through Google Play and purchase entitlement is managed with RevenueCat.
• MokaIO does not directly collect your full payment-card details.
• Eligible purchases may be restorable through the app's restore-purchase functionality, subject to Google Play and RevenueCat account/entitlement rules.
• Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes are subject to Google Play's applicable policies and law.
• Deleting a NeonMind account is not itself a refund request and does not erase transaction records maintained independently by Google Play.

6. License to use the app

MokaIO grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NeonMind for lawful personal use on compatible devices, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, artwork, game design, code, branding, music/audio assets, level data, or other intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use NeonMind for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to MokaIO, Supabase, RevenueCat, Google, or other users' accounts or systems;
• interfere with, overload, exploit, or disrupt online services used by NeonMind;
• circumvent purchase/entitlement checks, access controls, or security protections;
• distribute malware or malicious code through any support or linked service; or
• copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit NeonMind except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted, including rights to reverse engineer for interoperability where such rights are mandatory under applicable law.

8. Updates and compatibility

We may update NeonMind to add features, improve compatibility, address security issues, or fix defects. Some updates may require a newer Android version, device capability, Google Play component, or network connection. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, emulator, ROM, GPU, or future operating-system version.

9. Online service availability

Authentication, cloud sync, purchase verification, restore operations, and support links depend on third-party networks and providers. Temporary downtime, latency, maintenance, provider outages, or changes outside MokaIO's control may affect these features. Offline gameplay is designed to reduce dependence on such services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Account deletion and termination

You can delete an authenticated NeonMind account from Settings → Account → Delete Account or use the public deletion process described on the Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent for the cloud account data covered by the request and cannot be undone.

MokaIO may restrict or terminate access to online features where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security abuse, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

NeonMind and its original software, visual design, puzzle systems, artwork, names, logos, and other original materials are owned by MokaIO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeonMind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or immune from data loss. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MokaIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use NeonMind. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Third-party services

NeonMind integrates services provided by Supabase, Google/Google Play, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be governed by separate third-party terms and policies. MokaIO is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond obligations imposed on MokaIO by applicable law.

15. Minors

If you are not old enough under the law of your country to agree to these Terms on your own, use NeonMind only with the permission or supervision required from a parent or legal guardian.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when NeonMind changes or when legal or platform requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law.

17. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute should first be raised with MokaIO at the support address below so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. Any mandatory consumer forum, jurisdiction, or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
