Privacy Policy

How NeonMind handles account, gameplay, cloud-sync, purchase, and support data.

Privacy-first summary. NeonMind is an offline-first puzzle game. Core gameplay can be used locally. Cloud accounts, cloud sync, Google sign-in, and purchase/restore features use online services only when those features are used. The current app does not include advertising SDKs or behavioral advertising.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how MokaIO ("MokaIO", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Android application NeonMind (package com.mokaio.neonmind ) and related NeonMind support and account-deletion requests.

2. Information NeonMind may process

Account information If you create or sign in to a cloud account, we process an email address, a Supabase user identifier, authentication/session information, and the authentication provider needed to operate the account.

Game and sync data If cloud sync is enabled, NeonMind may store level progress, stars/scores, unlocked levels and worlds, daily-puzzle progress/streaks, achievements, last-played level, selected settings, and sync timestamps/status events.

Purchase entitlement data When you buy or restore the one-time Premium unlock, Google Play and RevenueCat process transaction and entitlement information. MokaIO does not receive your full payment-card number.

Support communications If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, app version, device/OS details, screenshots, and problem description.

3. Data stored locally on your device

NeonMind stores game progress, app settings, achievements, daily-puzzle state, and a Premium entitlement cache locally so that the game can remain usable offline. Local data stays on your device unless a feature such as cloud sync intentionally uploads relevant data. In-app account deletion clears NeonMind local app storage after server-side account deletion succeeds. Uninstalling the app may also remove local app data according to Android/device behavior.

4. How we use information

• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Provide optional cloud backup/synchronization across devices.
• Save and restore gameplay progress and settings.
• Process and verify the one-time Premium entitlement and restore eligible purchases.
• Respond to support, security, privacy, and deletion requests.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the service.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell or rent NeonMind personal data. NeonMind is not monetized through targeted advertising.

5. Optional cloud sync

Guest gameplay is local-first. If you choose to create an account and enable cloud sync, the relevant account and gameplay data is transmitted over the network and stored using Supabase-backed services. Turning off cloud sync stops normal sync operations but does not by itself delete data already stored in your cloud account. To remove that data, use account deletion.

6. Third-party service providers

NeonMind relies on a limited number of service providers for specific features:

• Supabase — authentication, account storage, and optional cloud synchronization. Privacy: supabase.com/privacy (https://supabase.com/privacy) .
• Google — Google Sign-In when selected by the user, and Google Play distribution/billing. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) .
• RevenueCat — purchase entitlement and restore handling for the Premium unlock. Privacy: revenuecat.com/privacy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) .

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. They may process data in countries different from your own.

7. Android permissions

The production Android build uses internet access for online features, audio-setting access for game audio behavior, and vibration for haptic feedback. NeonMind does not require production access to your microphone or general external-storage files for its core gameplay.

8. Data retention

Cloud account and gameplay data is generally retained while your NeonMind account remains active or until it is no longer needed to provide the requested service. When a valid account-deletion request is completed, MokaIO deletes account data under its control, subject only to limited retention that may be required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Third-party store transaction records may be retained by Google or other providers under their own policies.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You can:

• play in Guest Mode without creating a cloud account;
• turn cloud sync off in Settings;
• delete your account inside NeonMind;
• request deletion outside the app using our public deletion page; or
• contact support@mokaio.store for a privacy request.

10. Account deletion

Deleting a NeonMind account removes the MokaIO/Supabase account and associated cloud game data controlled by MokaIO. It does not delete your separate Google Account. Google Play transaction records and certain purchase records controlled by third-party providers are governed by those providers and applicable law. 11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including authenticated access controls, HTTPS transport for online services, and server-side privileged credentials that are not embedded in the mobile client. No security method is perfect, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Children and minors

NeonMind does not intentionally ask users to provide sensitive personal information for gameplay. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to create or use an online account, the account feature should be used only with the required consent or supervision. If you believe a child provided personal data contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when NeonMind features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be identified by the "Last updated" date above.
