1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how MokaIO ("MokaIO", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use StockFlow on supported desktop and mobile platforms.

StockFlow is an inventory, stock management, point-of-sale (POS), supplier, customer, reporting, analytics, and workspace management application.

By using StockFlow, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY PROCESS

2.1 Account and authentication information

StockFlow may process:

  • Your email address.
  • Your account identifier.
  • Authentication and session information required to sign you in securely.
  • Profile information you choose to provide.
  • Authentication identifiers required when you choose Google Sign-In.

StockFlow does not receive your Google account password.

2.2 Workspace and business information

Depending on the features you use, StockFlow may store and synchronize information that you or authorized workspace members enter, including:

  • Workspace names, roles, permissions, memberships, invitations, and settings.
  • Products, SKUs, barcodes, categories, units, prices, costs, quantities, stock thresholds, and expiration information.
  • Suppliers and supplier-related records.
  • Customers and customer-related records.
  • Purchases and purchase history.
  • Sales and Point of Sale records.
  • Discounts, held sales, stock movements, notes, and operational history.
  • Reports, dashboards, analytics, and business settings.

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer, supplier, employee, or other third-party information entered into StockFlow is collected and used lawfully.

2.3 Billing and entitlement information

For paid plans and purchases, StockFlow may process:

  • Subscription or plan status.
  • Billing interval.
  • Store product identifiers.
  • Transaction, purchase, subscription, or entitlement identifiers.
  • Information required to verify, restore, or synchronize paid access.

StockFlow does not require you to provide payment card numbers directly to MokaIO. Payments are processed by the applicable platform store or authorized payment provider.

2.4 Device, diagnostic, and security information

StockFlow may process limited technical information such as:

  • App version.
  • Platform and operating system information.
  • Timestamps.
  • Technical error information.
  • Security and billing verification events.

This information may be used to maintain reliability, investigate errors, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and verify purchases.

2.5 Camera permission

On supported mobile devices, StockFlow may request camera permission for barcode scanning.

Camera access is used for the scanning feature. You may refuse the permission if you do not want to use camera-based barcode scanning.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

  • Create and manage StockFlow accounts.
  • Authenticate users and support account recovery.
  • Provide inventory, POS, purchasing, supplier, customer, reporting, analytics, and workspace features.
  • Synchronize authorized workspace data across supported devices.
  • Enforce workspace roles and permissions.
  • Enforce plan limits and paid-feature entitlements.
  • Verify purchases and restore subscription or lifetime access.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents.
  • Diagnose errors and maintain service reliability.
  • Respond to support, privacy, security, and account deletion requests.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Enforce the StockFlow Terms of Service.

MokaIO does not sell StockFlow account or workspace data to advertisers.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS

StockFlow may rely on third-party service providers where required to operate the service, including:

Supabase: Used for services such as authentication, database storage, backend functions, and synchronized application data.

Google: May be used when you choose Google Sign-In and for Google Play distribution, billing, or related Android platform services.

Microsoft: May be used for Microsoft Store distribution, licensing, purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement verification on Windows.

Other infrastructure providers: MokaIO may use hosting, email, security, or support infrastructure providers where reasonably necessary to operate StockFlow.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

5. DATA SHARING

MokaIO may disclose information:

  • To service providers when necessary to operate StockFlow.
  • When required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
  • When reasonably necessary to protect users, MokaIO, StockFlow, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
  • As part of a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.

We do not sell your StockFlow personal information.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide StockFlow.
  • Maintain active accounts and workspaces.
  • Protect the service and users.
  • Verify transactions and entitlements.
  • Meet legitimate accounting, security, or legal obligations.
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

When an account is deleted, MokaIO-controlled account information is deleted or de-identified where appropriate, subject to the exceptions described below.

7. ACCOUNT DELETION AND WORKSPACE DATA

StockFlow provides an in-app account deletion process.

Deleting your StockFlow account may remove:

  • Your authentication account.
  • Your StockFlow profile.
  • Your workspace memberships.
  • User-specific account information controlled by MokaIO.

Workspace data is handled according to ownership:

  • If another active owner exists, the shared workspace may continue under that owner.
  • If you are the only owner and choose to delete your owned workspace, the workspace and associated business data may be deleted.
  • Records belonging to a continuing shared workspace may remain available to authorized workspace owners and members.

Some records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction, tax, dispute, or platform-store purposes.

Deleting your StockFlow account does not automatically cancel an active Microsoft Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the store where the subscription was purchased.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request:

  • Access to your personal information.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of personal information.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Information about how your data is used.

You may also manage many StockFlow records directly within the application.

9. SECURITY

MokaIO uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect StockFlow information, including authenticated access, workspace permissions, backend authorization, encrypted network transport, and restricted service credentials.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your password, recovery links, and account credentials private.

Never send passwords, authentication tokens, recovery codes, private keys, or payment card information to StockFlow support.

10. CHILDREN

StockFlow is a business and productivity application and is not designed specifically for children.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization for a minor to use an online service, such authorization must be obtained before using StockFlow.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING

MokaIO and its service providers may operate infrastructure in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when StockFlow features, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated when a revised version is published.
