1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StockFlow.
StockFlow is an inventory, stock management, Point of Sale, supplier, customer, reporting, analytics, and workspace management application developed by MokaIO.
By creating an account, joining a workspace, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using StockFlow, you agree to these Terms and the StockFlow Privacy Policy.
If you use StockFlow on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.
2. THE STOCKFLOW SERVICE
StockFlow provides software tools for managing business information and operations, including:
- Products and inventory.
- Stock levels and stock movements.
- Point of Sale records.
- Purchases.
- Suppliers.
- Customers.
- Categories and related product information.
- Reports and analytics.
- Workspaces, users, roles, permissions, and related settings.
- Other business management features made available through the application.
StockFlow is a business management tool. It is not professional accounting, tax, financial, audit, or legal advice.
You remain responsible for your business records, taxes, statutory reporting, physical stock counts, prices, financial decisions, and legal compliance.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your credentials secure.
- Protect recovery links and authentication information.
- Notify MokaIO if you reasonably believe that your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, workspace permissions, plan limits, entitlement verification, or other security controls.
4. WORKSPACES, ROLES, AND PERMISSIONS
StockFlow may allow multiple users to collaborate within a workspace.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for:
- Deciding who may access a workspace.
- Assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
- Removing users who should no longer have access.
- Protecting confidential business information.
Users must only access workspaces for which they have authorization.
5. YOUR BUSINESS DATA
You retain your rights in business information that you or authorized users enter into StockFlow.
You grant MokaIO the limited right to process, store, synchronize, transmit, back up, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect StockFlow.
You must not upload, store, or process information that you do not have the legal right to use.
If you enter personal information about customers, suppliers, employees, or other individuals, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
6. POINT OF SALE AND OPERATIONAL RECORDS
StockFlow Point of Sale features help you organize sales and inventory activity.
Unless a specific third-party payment integration is explicitly offered, StockFlow itself is not:
- A bank.
- A payment card processor.
- A payment terminal provider.
- A financial institution.
Do not place payment card numbers, passwords, authentication secrets, private keys, or other highly sensitive credentials in ordinary StockFlow fields.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of:
- Prices.
- Discounts.
- Taxes.
- Quantities.
- Purchase costs.
- Inventory levels.
- Reports.
- Business records.
7. FREE AND PAID PLANS
StockFlow may offer free, subscription, lifetime, or other paid plans.
Features, limits, prices, currencies, taxes, promotional offers, and availability may vary by:
- Platform.
- Country.
- Store.
- Plan.
- Applicable taxes or regional pricing.
Purchases on Windows may be processed through Microsoft Store.
Purchases on Android may be processed through Google Play.
The applicable store may control:
- Checkout.
- Local pricing.
- Taxes.
- Subscription renewals.
- Cancellation.
- Refund eligibility.
- Payment processing.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store according to that store's rules.
Deleting your StockFlow account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
8. PURCHASE AND ENTITLEMENT VERIFICATION
StockFlow may verify purchases and paid entitlements using platform-store services.
StockFlow may process limited information such as:
- Store product identifiers.
- Subscription identifiers.
- Purchase identifiers.
- Transaction identifiers.
- Entitlement status.
- Billing interval.
MokaIO does not require your payment card number for store purchase verification.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:
- Use StockFlow for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Access another person's account or workspace without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass security, licensing, permissions, or subscription controls.
- Interfere with StockFlow servers, databases, authentication, or backend services.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Abuse, overload, probe, or disrupt the service.
- Resell unauthorized access to StockFlow or paid entitlements.
- Use StockFlow in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
MokaIO works to maintain StockFlow, but continuous and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
StockFlow may be affected by:
- Maintenance.
- Network failures.
- Platform-store outages.
- Backend service incidents.
- Operating system changes.
- Third-party service failures.
- Hardware limitations.
- Security incidents.
We may update StockFlow to improve security, compatibility, performance, features, or legal compliance.
11. DEVICE AND HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY
Some StockFlow features may require:
- A supported Windows or Android version.
- Internet access.
- Camera permission.
- Barcode scanning hardware.
- Printer or other compatible hardware.
MokaIO does not guarantee compatibility with every device, scanner, printer, operating system version, or third-party peripheral.
12. BACKUPS AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY
StockFlow is not a substitute for your organization's independent backup, accounting, audit, or disaster recovery procedures.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies or exports of important records where necessary.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
StockFlow software, branding, visual design, documentation, and MokaIO-created content are owned by or licensed to MokaIO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of StockFlow to you.
Your business data remains yours or your organization's, subject to the limited rights required to operate StockFlow.
14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
You may stop using StockFlow at any time.
You may delete your StockFlow account using the in-app account deletion feature or by following the external deletion request procedure published by MokaIO.
MokaIO may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address:
- Fraud.
- Abuse.
- Security threats.
- Unauthorized access.
- Non-payment.
- Legal requirements.
- Material violations of these Terms.
Where reasonably appropriate and legally permitted, MokaIO may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
15. ACCOUNT DELETION AND SHARED WORKSPACES
Deleting a user account does not necessarily delete a shared workspace.
If another authorized owner remains, the workspace and its business records may continue.
If you are the only owner, StockFlow may provide an option to delete the owned workspace as part of the account deletion process.
16. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockFlow is provided on an "as available" basis.
MokaIO does not guarantee that StockFlow will:
- Be uninterrupted.
- Be error-free.
- Meet every business requirement.
- Replace professional accounting, tax, financial, audit, or legal systems.
- Be compatible with every hardware configuration.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important business information.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MokaIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the use of StockFlow, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under mandatory law.
18. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are subject to applicable law.
Mandatory consumer or business rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
Before beginning formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact MokaIO at support@mokaio.store so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
MokaIO may update these Terms when StockFlow changes or when legal, security, store, or operational requirements change.
The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published.
