1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service govern use of Keevia and related services operated by MokaIO. By using Keevia, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Certain features or platforms may not be available in every release, territory or subscription tier.

2. What Keevia does

Keevia helps you organize products and related evidence, such as receipts, purchase dates, serial numbers, warranties, return windows, repairs, maintenance, claims, inventory records and optional ownership-sharing or transfer information. Basic supported workflows may operate locally on your device. Optional services may require an account, internet connection or paid entitlement.

Keevia does not issue manufacturer warranties, establish legal ownership, insure your belongings, guarantee refunds, adjudicate disputes, submit claims automatically unless explicitly offered, or certify that a product is safe. Information about return policies, recalls, compatibility or warranties may be incomplete, estimated, time-sensitive or specific to your country. Verify decisions with the applicable manufacturer, retailer, regulator, repairer, insurer or qualified professional.

3. Accounts and security

An account is optional for supported local-only features but required for online account services. Provide accurate registration details and keep credentials, devices and recovery keys secure. You are responsible for activity carried out with authorized access to your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Notify MokaIO promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or secure a compromised account.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain rights to documents, photographs, notes and other materials you create or lawfully provide. You grant MokaIO and its service providers a limited permission to store, process, transmit and display that content only as reasonably necessary to deliver features you request and maintain the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content to MokaIO.

You must have the right to store or share any material you upload. Do not upload illegal content, another person's confidential information without authorization, malware, prohibited material, or data intended to exploit others. Avoid uploading unnecessary secrets or payment-card information.

5. Accuracy, verification and reports

OCR, barcode/product recognition, product catalogs, machine-generated suggestions and external source matching may be wrong or uncertain. Keevia may label records as user-provided, estimated or verified against a particular source; these labels do not guarantee authenticity, purchase ownership, coverage, condition or a successful claim. Generated claim, theft, inventory or resale reports are organizational tools and do not guarantee acceptance by insurers, purchasers, retailers or authorities.

You remain responsible for checking the relevant records and correcting inaccuracies before sharing or relying on them.

6. Sharing and ownership transfers

Public passports, claim-share links, household access and ownership-transfer tools may disclose product history or documents to recipients you choose. Review permissions, redactions and recipients before publishing or accepting a transfer. A successful transfer inside Keevia is a transfer of application records and access under the product workflow; it does not by itself prove legal title or override applicable property law. Recipients may retain copies already downloaded, even after sharing access is revoked.

7. Local storage, backup and recovery

You are responsible for safeguarding important originals and recovery information. Device damage, loss, local-data deletion, uninstalling the app, lost recovery keys or platform behavior can affect access to records. Keevia offers supported backup/export workflows, but no software can guarantee recovery in every circumstance. Deleting your cloud account does not automatically delete the preserved local library on your device. Conversely, clearing device storage does not necessarily delete online account data.

8. Free access, subscriptions and lifetime options

Keevia may offer free features, recurring subscriptions, a one-time Lifetime Core purchase or other plans when actually made available through an authorized store or channel. Current prices, feature limits, trial terms, taxes and billing periods will be displayed at purchase and control the offer you accept.

Where offered, Lifetime Core is intended to provide continuing access to the specified local/core premium software features for the life of the supported product/service, subject to applicable law, platform availability and the exact purchase description. It does not promise perpetual paid server compute, managed cloud storage, continuous monitoring, third-party data access or other ongoing-cost services unless expressly included in the offer.

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the store terms until canceled. Cancel through the platform/account used to purchase; uninstalling Keevia or deleting a Keevia account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Restore purchases is available when the billing integration and store entitlements support it. Refunds and cancellation rights are determined by the relevant store and applicable consumer law. MokaIO does not require full payment-card details for ordinary store purchases.

No statement here means a specific Keevia paid plan is already enabled or purchasable before its public release.

9. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users' records without authorization, forge verified evidence, tamper with sharing/ownership protocols, abuse public links, overwhelm infrastructure, distribute malicious files or use Keevia to facilitate fraud. Use of automated access must respect technical and usage limits. We may limit or suspend service access for serious misuse, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes, maintenance and availability

We may update, secure, modify or retire features for legitimate product, operational, legal or security reasons. Network, platform-store and third-party service outages may interrupt online features. We aim to preserve and make accessible user data as required by law and the product's commitments, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or indefinite availability of every integration. Local-first features are designed to remain useful without internet where technically supported.

11. Intellectual property

MokaIO retains rights to Keevia's application code, brand, interface, documentation and proprietary services, excluding your lawful content and materials belonging to third parties. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Keevia according to these terms and any applicable store license, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

12. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keevia is provided without a guarantee of error-free operation, flawless OCR, comprehensive recall coverage or correct third-party warranty terms. You must verify critical records and retain original documents when needed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, mandatory statutory rights or other matters that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MokaIO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of estimates, incomplete third-party information, unavailable services or errors in user-submitted records. Any limitation must be interpreted consistently with non-waivable consumer and privacy protections applicable to your jurisdiction.

14. Ending use and account deletion

You can stop using Keevia at any time. If you have an online account, use the available in-app account-deletion flow or request assistance at https://mokaio.store/delete-account/keevia. Deletion may be subject to reasonable ownership/household preflight checks, identity verification and lawful retention obligations. Cloud account deletion is distinct from local device-data deletion and store subscription cancellation.

15. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law, consumer-protection rights and dispute-resolution procedures depend on the circumstances and your location. Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory rights under the law that applies to you. Please contact support@mokaio.store first if you believe there is an error or dispute that we can resolve.

16. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as Keevia develops. We will publish an updated date and provide any notices required by law. Continued use after an effective change may constitute acceptance where legally permitted; material changes will not override rights that require affirmative consent.
